# Welcome

> Soroswap Finance is the first DEX and AMM aggregator on Stellar, powered by Soroban smart contracts.

Soroswap.Finance is the first DEX and exchange aggregator built on [Stellar](https://stellar.org), powered by smart contracts on [Soroban](https://stellar.org/soroban).

Soroswap operates as three pieces:

The API aggregates liquidity from all available Stellar DEXs, both on Soroban (Soroswap, Phoenix, Aqua) and the Stellar Classic DEX. Together, these components deliver a decentralized trading experience on the Soroban smart contract platform.
