Checklist

  • Key on the server. Call the API from your backend. A key in frontend code is a key anyone can use against your limit.
  • Mainnet. Send ?network=mainnet explicitly. Testnet quotes come only from Soroswap pools and carry no fee, so they do not show production prices.
  • Venues. List every venue you can execute in protocols. If you execute from a contract, leave out sdex or handle SDEX quotes separately (Routing through SDEX).
  • Read platform. Branch on aggregator, router or sdex before you execute a quote.
  • Slippage. Set slippageBps for your users. otherAmountThreshold is the minimum they accept; on the contract path, min_out is your only price guarantee.
  • Quote, then build right away. Prices move. A 409 means quote again.
  • Fees. If you are a partner, check your rate and payout address with GET /partner before launch (Fees and revenue share).
  • Errors and retries. Handle 400, 409, 428, 429 and 503 as described in Errors. Retry 429 and 503 with backoff; never retry a 400 unchanged.
  • Timeouts. Put a timeout on every call and show the user a clear state while you wait.
  • Rate limit. Watch X-RateLimit-Remaining and size your plan to your peak (Plans and rate limits).
  • Monitoring. Track quote failures, build conflicts and transaction success rate on your side.

Deprecations

The pre-v3 aggregator contract (CAYP3UWLJM7ZPTUKL6R6BFGTRWLZ46LRKOXTERI2K6BIJAWGYY62TXTO) is deprecated: new integrations use Aggregator v3.
