How the limit works
Each key has a token bucket: a short burst above the sustained rate is allowed, then requests refill at the plan’s rate.GET /rate-limits/tiers returns the burst size and refill rate of
every plan, and needs no key.
Every response carries your current standing:
A request over the limit returns 429. Wait the
Retry-After seconds and retry; see
Errors.
